If payment has been processed

Once payment has been processed you can cancel your website at any time in writing via email (contact@breakfrom.com). Once cancelled we can zip and send your website via email for no fee, or for a fee of £50 if you wish the website to be sent via CD in the post. You are not entitled to a refund before, during or after cancelling.

If payment has not been processed.

Before payment has been processed you can cancel your website at any time in writing via email (contact@breakfrom.com). Once cancelled you are not entitled to any element of the website apart from information or graphics supplied by yourself. If you wish to have any CDs or similar information posted back to you then you must first pay and £50 fee. Refunds are not applicable to this situation and you will not be charged for cancelling.

Print

Once a proof has been signed off via email you will have no opportunity to cancel a print order. For refunds please make sure all claims are submitted in writing via email (contact@breakfrom.com) a maximum of 30 days after the order has been shipped. You will be advised of the shipping date in writing via email.

Delivery

How long before you receive delivery?

Before you receive delivery, you must allow for the times listed below in Points 1 and 2.

Printing time: We will print and post your order in 3 to 12 working days starting from the next working day after the Quality Checks and Proofing are complete.
UK Postage time: We will normally post your order using Royal Mail First Class Post. Royal Mail takes 1 to 2 working days to deliver to you, however please allow for a few extra days in case of delays in the post. You also have the choice to change your Postage method at the checkout.

How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges will be detailed in writing per order before you purchase. If you live in Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Northern/Southern Ireland or Isle of Wight additional postage charges may apply.
